Shipping:
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for issues due to incorrect entry..
• Due to recent tariffs and reduced international shipment volumes, delivery is currently estimated at 3-4 weeks from the order date.
• Tracking will be provided once your device has shipped

• A small import fee will be required prior to delivery.
• An additional device tip is included with your order at no extra charge.
International Shipping:

Regulatory and Sales Information
• Professional Use: Device use requires certification from our Academy, exclusive to beauty and medical industry professionals, you may be required to provide credentials.
• Purchase Agreement: Sales of Profosma and Plusfosma Jet Plasma Pen Devices and consumables are final and non-refundable.

If multiple individuals will be using the device, each person must complete the training and obtain their own certification to ensure proper education and insurance eligibility.

• Certification is required for insurance and to legally perform treatments.
Each additional certification must be purchased separately to ensure individual access to training, agreement to terms, and proper certificate name submission.
