out of the student's failure to obtain the necessary qualifications, permits, licenses, or certifications required by law.
By enrolling in the online course, the student agrees to release Nue Radiance, LLC from any and all claims,
damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising out of the student's performance of treatments on any individual after
completing the online course.
