After Purchase – What to Expect:

• Online training for the Ultra Cold Jet T33 is currently being finalized as part of the initial rollout
• Access will be provided once available, and you will receive an email with instructions to begin as soon as training is ready
• Once your access is set up, you can begin training at your convenience, no need to wait for your device to arrive.
Shipping:
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for issues due to incorrect entry..
• Due to recent tariffs and reduced international shipment volumes, delivery is currently estimated at 3-4 weeks from the order date.
• Tracking will be provided once your device has shipped
Import Fees (Tariff):
• A small import fee will be required prior to delivery.
• An additional device tip is included with your order at no extra charge.
International Shipping:
• For orders outside of the United States, additional fees will apply for shipping of the device and consumables. Please contact us for a quote prior to purchase.

Regulatory and Sales Information
• Professional Use: Device use requires certification from our Academy, exclusive to beauty and medical industry professionals, you may be required to provide credentials.
• Purchase Agreement: Sales of Profosma and Plusfosma Jet Plasma Pen Devices and consumables are final and non-refundable.
