After Purchase – What to Expect:
• You’ll receive a purchase confirmation email, along with a separate Next Steps email. If you don’t see them, please check your spam or junk folder
• After your order is processed, you’ll receive an email within 24–48 hours with instructions to set up your course access.
• Once your access is set up, you can begin training at your convenience, no need to wait for your device to arrive.
Shipping:
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for issues due to incorrect entry.
• Due to recent tariffs and reduced international shipment volumes, delivery is currently estimated at 3–4 weeks from the order date.
• Tracking will be provided once your device has shipped
